We work within law. We respect our country's law and order.We offer a liaison service for the Corporate Enforcement Authority and advise and support the Minister in carrying out their legal obligations under the Companies Act.
Our function entails:
advising and assisting the Minister in carrying out the statutory duties under the Companies Act, managing the current company law framework and consideration of applications received under the Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS) providing a liaison service for the company law regulatory body, the Corporate Enforcement Authority (CEA)
